The quilting stitch pattern and edge binding are directly inspired by the original piece and reinterpreted through Erin Flett’s hand-drawn motifs. The design intentionally features two distinct patterns across the body and border, honoring the construction and visual language of the heirloom quilt. One side features a small-scale hand-drawn daisy pattern, reminiscent of traditional block printing, framed by a vintage tile-inspired border. The reverse reveals one of Erin Flett’s signature designs—delicate tiny asters in a rich royal colorway, inspired by classic French pottery. The Sage colorway feels earthy and grounded, rooted in the tones of a summer garden. The Lipstick colorway reads fresh, clean, and timeless.
